I have been interested in the subconscious mind since I was quite young. Already as a 9-year-old, I bought a book on dream interpretation, and kept a dream diary from then on into adulthood. My inner journey has been long and challenging, and over the years I have learned a lot about myself and how the subconscious mind works.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was especially when I became a mother myself that I really understood the importance of dissolving inherited thought- and emotional patterns, so that this would not be passed on to the next generation. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we clean out our inner basements and cluttered attics, we will gradually find more peace with who we are, where we come from and what we do - both individually and collectively. My experience is that this in turn leads to a better quality of life and vitality and joy in everyday life.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I started a three-year education in 2006 at the Momentum Institute with Eva Horn as my teacher. Here we learned to develop and work with our intuition, how we can use intuition to understand ourselves and others, and how we create lasting changes in ourselves and others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The result for me is a far more positive view of myself and my own worth, and how I can contribute to actively creating a better life for myself - and how I can share these tools with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe in the importance of being grounded and anchored in the \"real world\". I also have university degrees in English and Geography, which has given me the opportunity to work with another field I'm passionate about, namely nature and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To me, the human psyche, spirituality, and nature and our planet are inseparable. What happens to people affects nature - and vice versa. I believe that the way to a healthy society, where nature is clean and rich and where people thrive and live in joy, is through us all helping each other to emotional, mental and physical vitality and health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We achieve health when we live in harmony with ourselves, our values and our integrity, when we create good relationships and communities, and when we take care of the environment which provides our bodies with what we need to live healthily and well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To get there, we as individuals often have to make an inner journey, where we clear out old thought patterns and baggage. This may involve sitting with dark feelings within ourselves, and perhaps inherited \"programming\" based on the trauma experienced by previous generations and their strategies for survival. With me, there is also the opportunity to delve into past lives and experiences of past generations, in order to dissolve karmic patterns we have acquired in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Jeg f\u00f8ler ikke at hypnoterapi beskriver det Vanja gj\u00f8r godt nok. Jeg har ikke helt ord for hvor dypt vi f\u00e5r jobbet i sessionene vi har sammen. Det kan f\u00f8les skummelt \u00e5 dykke ned i dypere lag alene, men sammen med henne s\u00e5 f\u00f8les det bare godt, selv n\u00e5r jeg kommer borti krevende ting. All \u00e6re til Vanja, og at hun gj\u00f8r ting p\u00e5 sin m\u00e5te med all sin varme, klokskap, kunnskap, humor og livsgnist, jeg setter s\u00e5 enormt stor pris p\u00e5 henne og det hun gj\u00f8r, og h\u00e5per flere f\u00e5r oppleve det samme.
